We recognize that the patient demographic of our partnered healthcare facilities vary. That’s why we have acquired a vast registry of specialized registered staff to deliver quality patient care. Our motivated and experienced team is available for several shift opportunities and service the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding neighbourhoods.

The quality of care we provide matters most to us and we hold ourselves to the utmost standard. In order to provide the highest level of service, we recruit, hire and train only the best caregivers and healthcare personnel. We conduct extensive screening of all healthcare professionals prior to presentation to any client. Each of our dedicated staff is a professional in their field and has the experience and qualifications to assist our clients with every aspect of their customized care plan.

All of our support workers require:

• Eligibility to work in Canada and valid photo identification
• A minimum of 3 professional references
• A criminal record check
• Vulnerable Sector Screening (completed within 6 months of applying)A valid CPR and First Aid Level C certification
• A valid Social Insurance Number
• Possession of at least one Certificate/Degree in Personal Support Worker (PSW), Developmental Service Worker (DSW), Child and Youth Worker (CYW), and/or Social Service Worker (SSW)
• A valid Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification or valid Safe Management Group certification
• Understanding and Managing Aggressive Behaviour (UMAB) training
• A strict adherence to Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice
• A recent medical report
